Starting a jewellery business?

Hi, a few months ago i started making my own jewellery and selling it on eBay, it sold quite well and i am interested in making it into a full time business. I was wondering if i would be entitled to any start up grants as i am a student at the moment. I need all the advice i can get. Thanks
